How do I use my Tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online.  Please speak to us in store.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes. Please let us know if you have any wheelchair users coming to the circus so that we can reserve suitable seating for them.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?

If there are spaces available you can book on the day, but if we are full, then you cannot. But you can book in store for another date.

Is there an Earlybird Discount available?

Yes, all prices have been reduced by 10% until 18th November. Prices will return to normal, full price onSaturday  19th November.

Do you offer discounts for purchasing tickets to more than one event?

Yes, If you add tickets for more than one event to your basket, you will see the 'combi deal' discount applied.

Do i require a ticket for my child who is under 2?

Circus

You do not need to purchase a ticket for a child under 2, but they will not be allocated a seat and therefore must sit on your lap. Please le us know if you will be bringing an under 2 with you so that we can adjust our overall seat allocation to ensure we are complying with safety standards.

 

Grotto

You do not need to purchase a ticket for a child under 2, but they will not be able to recieve a gift from Father Christmas. If you would prefer them to recieve a gift, please add a ticket to your basket.
